It came with the group and works just nicely. I tweaked around with it and the bike shifts accurately and the chain is ready to go the instance I shift.
Awesome product, and an ease to install and 'tune.' Strengths:

Stock Cannondale R1000 Summary:
Good value for flawless front shifting. On a side note, my front shifter has worked fine, but the rear Ultegra shifter has crapped out after 6k miles. Strengths:
Shifts the chain from one ring to another. Good integration with the overall Ultegra 9sp system. Weaknesses:
Not a nice looking as DuraAce or Campy Record, but a whole lot cheeper. Similar Products Used:
