    Price Paid:  $80.00 at ebay

    Bike Setup:
    2008 Lemond

    Summary:
Awesome pedals. THe perform just like the more expensive Ultegra or DA but at a lower price. Everything is the same but the weight so if you don't mind a few more grams I would suggest these pedals.

    Strengths:
    Construction and performance

    Weaknesses:
weight, not heavy but not as light as the ultegra or DA

    Favorite Ride:
    any

    Bike Setup:
    Trek 1.5 T
    105 crank, pedals, front der.
    Tiagra GS rear der.

    Summary:
Great lower end pedals without the feel of a lower end product. I'm fairly new to cycling but have done more than enough research and testing to know what a good, substantial product is. No unintentional exits, and being 6'6, 260 pounds these have held up well with my most "powerful" of sprints. The wide platform is great for someone with wide and/or large feet, plus the look is the exact same as the Dura Ace/Ultegra pedals, just half and three times less expensive.

    Strengths:
Great platform, great entry/exit, very nice sleek looks.

    Weaknesses:
Weight maybe, though not being a competitve rider, I'll take more weight and substitute it for a wider platform.

    Bike Setup:
Specilized Steel Allez. Specilized bar/stem/seatpost/fork, 105 drive train/pedals, Gossamar crank, Mavic CXP33 rims with Ultegra hubs, Sram R9 cassette,Sella Italia Oktiva saddle

    Summary:
I have been using SPD style pedals on the road bike for a while and decided it was time to change. Bought them new off of ebay and I got a great deal. Cleats are easy to mount and adjusting the tension is simple. Cleat entry and exit is flawless with the perfect amount of float. During hard sprints I have not had any unintentional disengagements.

    Strengths:
Good looks. Easy cleat set up. Entry/exit.

    Weaknesses:
    None
