Description Microlock™ system ,dual Velcro® forefoot straps and the super light Genius sole. Compatible with all major pedal systems (adaptors required for SPD®, Time).
Bike Setup: Custom Seven Alaris with Full Dura Ace.
Summary: Fantastic shoes. Even though I can wear the regular width, I ride the mega version with a slightly bigger insert for comfort. The sizing is right on.
These shoes are indestructable. I retired these to be my rain shoes for a new pair of Genius 4's about a year ago, yet they are still going strong.
I briefly tried Carnac, but they were scuffed just trying them on! The Lorica is durable and keeps looking great.
Light, stiff, cool looking...what more can you want!
Strengths: Light, durable, the Lorica only takes some leather cleaner to keep it looking great.
Weaknesses: The pin comes out of the buckly way to easily. Sidi fixed that with the new buckle design on the 4's. Stock insert is way to cheap. Plan on replacing it.

Summary: These shoes are very comfortable especially for someone with past foot problems. They fit perfectly to your foot and are easy to get in and out of. I had a problem with the screw that holds the buckle on coming loose, but I wrapped some pipe dope (pick up at local hardware store) around the screw and tightenened it up good and it has not budged after about 100 miles.
Strengths: Comfortable, can get a good price, good fit.
Weaknesses: Buckle screw(which I think I have solved), keep an eye on the pins in the buckle from coming loose.

Bike Setup: Cannondale R2000. Shimano Ultegra. Look Pedals. Michilan Axial Pro Tires.
Summary: I have just recently purchased these shoes. They are my first pair of clipless shoes and I must say that they are amazing. When I am in my trainer it feels like I am not even wearing shoes. I have yet to test these shoes on the road due to sub freezing weather, but I am salvating like Pavlov's dog. I read all of the reviews on roadbikereview.com to get an idea of what was out there. So I would like to thank the other reviewers for their advise. Thanks.
Strengths: Great feel. Stiff yet flexible. More comfortable then my New Balance running shoes.
Weaknesses: I haven't seen or felt any yet.

Summary: THE bike shoe. It's not hard to find them. You can find them well below retail. Only fits Look cleats out of box. Must buy adapter for other pedals. Raced on them for several years.
Strengths: Fit like nobody's business. Adjustability. Good customer service. Plastic heel cup withstands abuse; other shoes without cup don't last as long. Just stiff enough (for a while).
Weaknesses: Everybody's got 'em. Need cleat adapter for most pedals, some don't work well (SPD-R). Replacable things need replacing. Plastic sole starts to flex after a while. Bulky buckle hard to fit over shoe covers. No rubber toe pad. Black only comes in full leather, too hot. Mesh colors out of style before shoes wear out.

Summary: These shoes fit great and are very comfortabe on long rides. They are even fairly cool in the Oklahoma summer sun.
Using them with Look cleats and pedals and the left shoe/cleat squeak terribly, starting about 20 minutes into ride and does not stop until end of ride. I have tried taking cleat off cleaning, lubing, adjusting location and position of cleat. nothing works. I am beginning to think that it is the mechanism inside the shoe where the cleat attaches that is causing the problem. Left shoe only. Very strange!
The only problem I have had is that
Strengths: Great fit, comfort and stiffness.
Weaknesses: When they cost more than hand made Italian leather street shoes, they are a bit a bit pricey for a little plastic!
Sqeaking mentioned above.
With Look cleats, can be tough to walk in.....but they are made for riding, so not a big deal.
