I've had this HRM for 16 months. A simple, easy to use, reliable piece of equipment that worked well until a month ago. It then began to lose the signal connection intermittently. I replaced the battery in the monitor and sensor, but the problem wasn't corrected. I contacted SigmaSport US, and they agreed to repair or replace it free, without asking for a receipt!
Overall, a reasonable product for the price, but I think it should be more durable. Strengths:
Simple, reliable, inexpensive while it lasted.
Amazing customer service from the mfger. Weaknesses:
Not durable: stopped working after 16 months.
