Summary: I'm surprised at the bad reviews below. I've had great luck with these tires. I run 23c and have had 1 flat in 1000+ miles when i hit some glass that was unavoidable. I think running any tire below the minimum inflation PSI is risky despite how light you might be. I'm 160-165 on any given day. I keep them pumped to 120-125 for least rolling resistance. I think they're very durable and grippy. The roads here in N. Shore Boston are terrible. These tires take everything in stride. They aren't the lightest, but at 218 grams they're pretty light for an all-condition tire.
Strengths: Light, fast rolling. Fairly durable.
Weaknesses: Haven't really found any. I've put 1000+ miles on them in various conditions. Just keep them pumped up in the PSI range. Those are on there for a reason

Summary: Tires have quite a soft compound, but are thick enough that you can usually pull debris out before it works it's way through. This pair of tires came stock on my wife's bike, and until recently she had good luck with them. She's a lightweight, so we run them around 100 psi. While climbing at around 4.5 mph, the casing failed in the middle of the tread. No debris, no glass, no previous damage. The casing just failed. I was able to boot it and trade wheels with her to get back home safely. Specialized replaced the failed tire for me through my LBS, but for me the damage has been done. How can I trust a tire that could fail spontaneously? After a year of riding, and perhaps around 1000 or so miles, the remaining tire has plenty of tread on it. I've since heard of other local people experiencing the same spontaneous failure. I'm currently in search of another easy to change and puncture resistant tire to replace these with. Oh, I always top off tires before each ride, and the bikes are housed indoors. Never abused.
Strengths: SUPER easy to change. Never need tools, not for anyone.
Weaknesses: Soft rubber. Picks up lots of debris. Spontaneous failure.

Summary: Very unimpressed--they wear quickly and then are very flat prone. More like explosion prone from nothing more than pebbles. I'll stick to my Continentals.
Strengths: First 500 miles are fine.
Weaknesses: Wear quickly.

Summary: Wow, these tires are terrible! I've had good luck with other Specialized road tires in the past (Mondo, etc.). I got a handful of these through a team deal for training, and in the past 2 months, I've gone through two of them (about 2000 miles total). Very soft and flat-prone.
Strengths: They look cool and mount easily. Really handy for roadside flat changes.
Weaknesses: Prone to get flats. Even tiny rocks will puncture the casing.
