    Summary:
I actually bought the cheaper Chromoly spindle version. I took these for a 2.5hour ride and no pain or any other problems thus far. I switched from Look A5 pedals and definitly notice a "rounder" pedal stroke without so much stack height on the Look cleats.Float is pronounced and takes about 20 minutes to get used to, but after that no issues. When sprinting out of the saddle there is a slight "sliding" sensation due to the float. I don't think these pedals are good for "gear mashers" as they don't have that locked feeling I experienced with Look (and SPDs on my MTB/Cross bikes). Kind of like losing the snap of a fixed gear compared to a bike with gears. These pedals are not immediatly intuitive for those used to entering pedals toe-first. I recommend setting these up on a trainer where you can practice getting into them a few times. Also, your seat height will likely drop if you are going from Look pedals.

    Strengths:
Cost, low stack height. Cannot comment on durability yet.

    Weaknesses:
The a cleats represent a danger to interior floors, particularly wood -You're walking on metal. I'm not sure if these are easy to get into yet or just me. You do not get a reassuring 'click' like you do with Look or SPD pedals...more subtle.
