at Ebay Favorite Ride: Alps Bike Setup: Merlin Extralight, Campy record excepted Mythic Carbon crankset, 3T less Stem and Bars, Neutron or Spinergy Xaero Wheels, San Marco Caymano Saddle (great saddle!) Summary: I 'm used to Vred tires and I was curious to test their 4 seasons product "Quattro".
The tires are ugly , but their qualities are evident : low rolling resistance, comfort (even if "normal" fortezza tricomp do better) dynamic behaviour, great puncture resistance, very good on summer or winter roads. Strengths: rolling resistance
Comfort
puncture resistant
very good on wet road
long life last
not heavy Weaknesses: Maybe less precise and comfortable than original Vredestein Fortezza Tricomp.
Similar Products Used: Conti 4000, Michelin Prorace, Vredestein Fortezza Tricomp, Vittoria Evo Cx

at texascyclesport Favorite Ride: any Bike Setup: Look 585, DA triple, Race X Lite wheels Summary: Very durable tread and sidewalls. OK, not the same sensation as a lighter weight race tire, but only 1 flat after 7,000 miles, and none since. Commute 24 miles/day rain/snow/shine and love to ride dirt roads. Tires are amazingly uncut after 7,500 miles of carefree riding, and still going strong. Strengths: Best combination of durability and ride quality I've found for daily riding. Weaknesses: Better ride quality and performance can be found in lighter, less durable tires. Similar Products Used: Vittoria, Continental, Veloflex, Specialized, Michelin
