Strength:

comfortabe, stable handling, excellent brakes. Gross vehicle weight was not an issue for me, amazingly it goes down with prolonged use, minus 15 kg (30 lbs) in said year ;-)

Weakness:

rear shock too weak, got warranty replacement with no problem, that one also broke down (noisy, lost damping). Fits my size of 190 cm 5'3" but caused numb feet. It improved by lowering the seat front (elongated the holes in the seat bracket, not covered by warranty)

this is a repeat review after 1 year + and 4000+ km (2500 mi). Still satisfied with most of the bike, its maker and the dealer. Great as a commuter and recreational bike. With training and thinnner tires (1.5") fast enough to hold up in the drag of the faster buddies. Initial price seemed high yet worth it until I added up all the consumables I'd use on any bike. For that distance and usage pattern, tires, gloves, shoes, pants, chain, helmet, light bulbs etc. add up over 10 years to the price of a new bike. It is no use to penny-pinch on the machine itself.

Strength:

Adjustable, comfortable riding position, good gear range with 3x8 hub. Hub is a plus in city traffic for quick shifting. Great suspension after a few hundred mi. Excellent disc brakes and road tires, good light by b&m, dynamo drag not noticeable.

Weakness:

A bit heavy, but nothing compared to my weight. Front wheel has not much load (I am 6'4" and sit far back), but it does not rise and brakes safely when straight on on good pavement. Front fender too short in rain (mounted a second one, reversed to catch rooster tail).

My first recumbent. Very comfortable and safe in handling and braking, even in extreme situations. Well thought-out design and detail solutions. Carries shopping bag or office stuff willingly. Gets reasonably fast after training 'bent legs.
