The Carbon Pressure Drive Pump is Lezyne's lightest road pump. The good news is that it's 100% functional. And not just compared to other lightweight mini pumps, but compared to mini-pumps in general.One of the great features of Lezyne mini-pumps is that they all come with flexible thread-on hoses rather than a fixed pump head. This is a huge benefit for a few reasons. One is security: thread it on to a Presta or Schrader valve and it won't come off. Another is ergonomics; you aren't limited by holding the pump at a perfect right angle to the valve. A third is that this Flex Hose is ABS-equipped? it has a bleeder valve on it. The Pressure drive pumps are in Lezyne's HP or High Pressure line. The Pressure Drives are shorter and stubbier than the Road Drives so they can fit in smaller places, like a pocket or saddle bag. A benefit is that it takes fewer strokes to pump up a tire with Pressure Drive pumps. The cost is that it will take more arm strengthThe Carbon Pressure Drive has structural carbon for the barrel and handle. This they call FCT, meaning the carbon isn't molded around metal parts. The piston and end caps are aluminum and CNC-machined. The maximum pressure one can attain with this pump is 120psi. There's even an accessory pen gauge hose that screws into Medium pumps.The Lezyne Carbon Pressure Drive comes in two lengths. Small measures 170mm long and Medium comes in 216mm. Diameter is 20mm..
