Strength:

Fantastically WARM!!
Waterproof and windproof.
Easy to use.
Affordable.

Weakness:

None really.
Slightly on the bulky side, I guess, but no worse than other winter gloves.

I can't say enough about these- I have poor circulation and generally get frozen white fingers after an hour of riding in the winter. I bought these on sale, but was very skeptical- I already own FIVE pairs of winter gloves, all high quality stuff- none of those have worked. These are the only gloves that have worked for me. They are the only glove I'll wear in the winter now.
Construction is excellent, as you'd expect. I wasn't sure I'd like the two-part glove (liner/outer), but it works really well. If I'm doing a lot of climbing or it's on the warm side, I can take off the outers and hang them off my bars. They are warm, waterproof and -unlike most winter gloves- easy to take off and put on- even after you're sweaty.
