Strength:

Great Old School Styling. Well thoughtout placement for pump and ipod pockets. Love the Wool for warmth.

Weakness:

Quality Control. Length in the sleeves inaccurate on the website sizing chart compared to actualy product received and how it fits.

I would give this product a 5 star for styling alone. However, I have to rate it a 3 simply due to fitment issues. HATE the made in Chinese quality. Arm length listed as 24.4-25.2 inches long on the Rapha website. My arms are 24 inches long. The jersey sleeves are actually shorter in the arm by 1.5 inches. Fits great everywhere but not in the short sleeves. So if your arms fall into the 24.4-25.2 inch range, don't get the medium. To wear this jersey requires shorter arms. The other measurements listed on the website are accurate, just not the arms. This may be due to an oversight or simply due to the Chinese quality control (which I suspect). Due to the price of $210 and falling short in the lenght of the sleeves, it gets a value of 2.

Strength:

Look great. The material itself sportwool is great and hard to find. Rapha customer service.

Weakness:

very poor quality control of stitching, cheap zipper,

Absolutely 100% agree with the previous review on Rapha's jerseys, including this long sleeve jersey. This glaring quality control problem is pretty much confined to their jerseys, which is of course baffling, since this should be the staple product of a cycling apparel company. Hats, booties, pants, etc. are all fabulous. Also, take note, Rapha customer service is second to none. If you have a problem, they will replace it and have let me change sizes in the past. A great, albeit young, company.

Strength:

Good looks, good features, good fit, and material looks and feels decent.

Weakness:

Quality, seems, zippers, Made in China but priced like bespoke London tailored shirt or hand made in Switzerland. Must be great profit margins on these.

Rapaha clothes look really good and seem well designed, however a big but, especially for the price is the 'Made in China' quality. For a $200 jersey made in China where you know this can cost about $10 or less to make, it better be fantastic both fit, finish, look and quality. Not quite for the two Rahpa jerseys I have. The seams are loose and come out right away before I even used one, loose threads hanging blocking the zipper, cheapo plastic zipper. This would be a decent product for half the price, but for $200 it better be perfect, and that it is not. Make these in England please, or have some good quality control at least Rapha!
