These are great triathlon shoes although I would say that they are a little ugly!

Strength:

comfortable, great for transitions.

Weakness:

a little tight in the toe box so you might want to go 1 size larger

easiest shoe to get in and out of while on the bike.

The Clown   Triathlete [Apr 18, 2003]
Strength:

Easy to get in and out of, no internal seams, ventilation holes and large finger hook at the back of the shoe

Great shoe overall. I use the Energy as my road shoe and am very happy with the SIDI brand. Easy to get into in the run, no internal seams and ventilation holes. Overall, looks like it has been designed from a triathletes wish list.

Daren   Triathlete [Jul 03, 2002]
Strength:

Stiff sole. Well thought-out/engineered details: these were designed by a triathlete.

Weakness:

None.

Excellent shoe. Fits well without socks and very easy to slip foot into with shoes clipped onto pedals: makes for a faster transition. Wide velcro strap is reverse mounted so you can easily tighten while leaving T1. Lots of ventilation holes. No internal seams, etc. to rub foot even when barefoot. Very easy to remove foot and leave shoe on pedal while riding into T2 for faster split. Sufficient 'wiggle' room so toes aren't cramped.
