Strength:

Stiff and light, 210 grams for the 40cm C-C size. The bends makes me able to reach the shifting leavers while on the drop (with proper settings of course), so you can jump to heavier gears in an attack without getting back into the saddle.

Weakness:

May be a bit tricky for those with bigger hands. And if you use Campy, nowhere to route your shifting cables.

Fits me pretty well. But now that's personal.
