Strength:

very easy to adjust and find your ideal position
well made
comes with carbon assembly paste

Weakness:

not super-light - mine weighed 240 grams on my scale

This is a review for the SL-K ITC model which allows separate adjustment of saddle tilt and fore/aft. I would definitely recommend this post. It is a bit of of pain to actually attach the saddle because you have to deal with two separate pieces. Once that is done its very easy to independently adjust tilt and position

Strength:

Light, adds tremendous comfort, well built

Weakness:

None so far

Bought this to replace stock aluminum post on my older aluminum framed TT bike. It made an immediate difference in comfort/compliance over rougher sections of road. Plus, the weight savings are a bonus. I scored a deal as I nabbed this on sale for $90. If you are considering a carbon post, buy this one...you won't be disappointed
