High quality, pre-lubricated, works very well with Shimano stuff (of course), have used it with SRAM, too. Better than most cables.

Seems to only be available in gray. Can be expensive... shop around. Precut housing at rear derailleur is a bit short.

Dura Ace shifter cables are generally excellent... so long as you like gray housings. These are precut... The front sometimes need trimming... The rear derailleur length is sometimes a bit short, resulting in a bit too tight loop where it dives into the barrel adjuster. Best to cut with proper cable snips. Be sure to file or grind the housing end square, then use an awl or something else pointy to open up the inner housing. IMO, Dura Ace cables are consistently about the best on the market.
