    Strength:

    Craftsmanship, brand name.

    Weakness:

As all ways, the weight. It''s worth it though.

Damn good cranks! Tough as nails! Heavy, but I think it''s worth it. I put a lot of miles on this crank, use it for training and charity rides in all types of weather. No problems at all.

    Strength:

    Good shifting quality

    Weakness:

    Not paticuarly cheap in Australia.

I fitted Tiagra 165mm triple cranks to my mountain bike because this was the only way I could get shorter cranks(short legs). I am very happy with the performance of the cranks, the shift quality (with the right 9 speed chain) is much improved and the shorter cranks have greatly improved my technique. As I spin the cranks rather than pushing them hard I am not stressing them. They are performing their role for recreational use to a very high standard.
