Strength:

1) Strong Easton Components
2) Carbon

Weakness:

1) I agree the stickers are pretty tacky, they don't match my bike either
2) I also agree that the carbon look shouldn't have been comprimised by paint

These Forks came on my 2008 Jamis Eclips that I just bought(that's why I didn't have to pay for them)and I must say they are beautiful. First off you should'nt have to suffer vibrations from rough roads, it's the county or cities fault roads aren't paved right and you shouldn't have to suffer. That being said these will slice through rough roads like butter.

Strength:

Smooth ride. Absorbs road harshness. Easton quality. Lightweight, if you care about that kind of thing.

Weakness:

Can't remove graphics. Not as good looking as other brands. If you have a carbon fork it should have that raw carbon fiber look.

Got this as a great deal on ebay. Paired with my steel Soma smoothie geared bike, really provides a smooth ride. Handsome fork even though the integrated crown doesn't look as good as a non integrated fork would've looked on the Soma. Really absorbs road vibrations.
