frame

My new Surly Steamroller frame bent after only four weeks of light use. The frame experienced to trauma to explain the failure. I lost a whole inch of wheelbase, the top and bottom tubes of the frame had bent significantly as well as the fork. The bike was brand new and I had put less than 100 miles on it.
I tried to take it back to both the shop and the manufacturer since it was clearly defective, but they refused to warranty it.
Now I'm stuck with a new bent frame; the pedals overlap the front wheel making for tricky riding.
Cheep steel! I would recommend staying away from all Surly products. Quality Bike Products should stick to distribution and leave production to the professionals.
