Time FeatherLite Pro Threadless Forks

FeatherLite Pro Threadless

Strong, shock-absorbing woven carbon fiber. Identical in design to the Equipe model, but lighter due to a full carbon steerer tube.

Strength:

Lightweight. Feels perfect with an aluminum frame. The dropouts fit my Dura-Ace hubs perfectly.

Weakness:

None yet. I'm suspicious about the carbon steerer. Time will tell. The "lawyer tits" on dropouts.

First carbon fork/aluminum frame I have ridden. Sat on steel bikes and forks for 25 years and am pleasantly surprised with this new ride. I think the fork has a lot to do with the performance of the aluminum frame.

No problem sitting on this for 80 miles and that surprised me. I thought my custom steel bike would never be second in comfort to an aluminum ride but I was wrong.

This bike rides so nice with clinchers that I'm tempted to invest in some boutique tubulars. hm-m-m-m-m-m.

Buy it if you can afford it. I don't have any experience with other carbon forks so I can't tell you if this is a good value for the dollar.
