Strength:

I like the length of the workout - about 90 minutes - because sometimes one hour is just not enough!

Weakness:

It does not come with boot polish, which you will need if you do this workout regularly. Know what I mean?!

Well I've been spinning to this DVD for going on a year now. It's helped me get faster and lighter, perhaps more than I would have thought possible.

Similar Products Used: Many of the spinervals workouts are good, and their website has some useful information on which tapes to use when focusing on various aspects of your cycling (e.g. climbing, time trialing, etc.)

Strength:

Duration of workout is about right. I don't get enough of a workout on shorter sessions (like 30 minutes).

Weakness:

No outdoor shots - all cyclists are indoors on a trainer.

The workout is about 80 minutes long and has an excellent training program to follow. I definitely get my share of power sweat and the intervals makes the time go by quickly.
