Strength:

Economical paid 63.95 Canadian dollars, comes with heart rate monitor and strap. Durable and no problems in wet weather(so far!!). Did not reset to zero when I changed the battery as another reviewer reported. Heart rate monitor displays choice of current or average heartrate; can set limits for upper and lower limits. Although avertised as having a heartrate range of 0-199 does roll over i.e. a 205 heart rate will read 05 (been there done that!)

Weakness:

Only has a 12 hour clock, no light, rear wheel wiring harness not supplied(front wheel only). Doesn't have two different wheel size settings to transfer between bikes. Bulky appearance. No cadence. Current and average hearate only(no max hearate memory). Upper and lower limits are not on an audible alarm and only flash a small icon on the screen; seems a useless feature to me.

Great computer for what I paid for it. It's pretty hard to find a heart rate monitor so cheap.
