Strength:

Light weight
Excellent combination of strength, aerodynamics, and comfort
Machined sidewalls for good braking

Weakness:

None, that I am aware of, if properly built

This is a fine alternative to DT and Mavic rims. This clincher is considerably lighter than the competition, due to it's lack of eyelets, weighing just 403g on my digital scale. Rim profile is 20mm wide and 20mm deep, for optimal comfort and strength.
Any handbuilt wheel is only as good as the skill of the wheelbuilder. My wheels are built by Peter Chisholm of Vecchio's, Boulder, Co., one of the best wheelbuilders in the country. Even at my 175+ lbs. weight, this rim, built with ultralight DT Revolution spokes, has stayed perfectly true for thousands of miles over some horrid NJ roads.

Strength:

Reasonably priced, light, responsive, good breaking, you name it

Weakness:

Nothing that I can trace

Had these for some 500 miles and no truing needed yet. Ver reasonably priced and as i got them on Phil Wood hubs, and Continental Attack/Force tires they are as smooth as velvet.

Strength:

Have not needed truing. Reliable. Pretty good weight.

Weakness:

Flex. My rear brake rubs every time I climb out of the saddle (~300W). This should not happen . . .

I had these built into a PowerTap SL with DT Swiss spokes (I think double butted, non-aero). I'm 140#. These are fine rims, pretty lightweight, and a good value. They have yet to need truing. The rim does not have eyelets in it, and there is some buildup/corrosion from the salt on these damned New England roads, but I don't think it is permanent damage.

Similar Products Used:

My other wheelsets are Ksyrium Elites (also flex some) and Reynolds DV46UL (no flex)
