    Strength:

They quicken my pulse. Strong, light, sexy.

    Weakness:

MSRP and all the hasseles associated with tubular tires. Worth it though.

Never ridden Zipp's till now. Spin up VERY nice. Mutes road vibration nicely. I feel fast on these things.

    Strength:

The Zipp (sew-up) rim noticiably smoothed the buzz from the road compared to a nearly identical wheel using 30mm tall aluminum rim and same tires.

    Weakness:

Braking with dual action brakes (campy) with only their standard pads takes you back in time to the days of weaker side pull brakes......I may try the Corima pads but first want to give some time to see if a little more break in time (pad material left on the rough braking track) might help. Not Crit stopping ability but otherwise acceptable for steady group rides.

$275 is a lot of money for each rim but these smoke - I am noticeabley faster to accelerate and keep the speed up one gear higher than with my other sew-up wheel set.
