Strength:

Value for money wheels. Relatively cheep for 1.6 Kg set. Nice looking.

Weakness:

The rear wheel make clicking noice when climbing steep. After two and a half year the rear wheel got a crack on the outer loop. To my luck i noticed it on time. The dealer and the maufactirer didn't care. I recomend not to by this model or any other models from this vendor. Ride safe!

Strength:

• Nicely looking wheels.
• High quality components and well thought through design with thicker spokes on the drive side of the rear wheel.
• The freehub sounds great, although some people say it's too loud.
• The bearings are excellent - the wheels spin very smoothly.

Weakness:

• The only problem was that the wheels were making clicking sounds and had a bit flexy feel (compared e.g. to Ultegra 6800). Apparently, the spokes where under-tensioned for my weight (I'm not light, but not super-heavy either - under 80kg).

Bringing the spoke tension to where it should be fixed the problem with clicking sounds and also made the wheels noticeably stiffer and more responsive to acceleration.

Have been riding them for 3 months since then with no issues - great wheels! May try them with tubeless tires in winter season.

Taking one star off for the under-tensioned spokes out of the box. Otherwise it'd be 5 stars.

Strength:

Went well for about 9,000 km...

Weakness:

..then the rear wheel exploded. On a descent (from Galibier in the French Alps, the upright part of the rim came loose over 10 cm or so. DT Swiss were not helpful at all, although the wheels were still under guarantee.

To be avoided by those who cover a lot of distance
