    Summary:
Solidly built, light and slim packing so its easier to transport for race warm-ups. Quiet and smooth.

    Strengths:
see above, and really like the leveling feature

    Weaknesses:
roller adjustment is quite difficult, I usually use a short bar for a lever, It would be a task to adjust repeatedly between drop out widths or wheel sizes if that is a factor for you.

    Favorite Ride:
    GMSR

    Summary:
The perfect prerace warm up trainer, folds flat, reasonably light weight, adjusts to unlevel parking lots, quick to mount/dismount, smooth and quiet. Rugged enough to survive interval training as well, where other trainers failed, this one has had no problems. Most trainers fail at 600 watts peak and sustained 300 watts. It is also beautifully made. Works with Shimano skewer. Non-linear resistance means it has plenty of resistance for intervals training and does not need a cable to adjust, just shift gears.

    Strengths:
    Quiet/Smooth operation.
Reliable, Survived more than a year
    I really like this one.

    Weaknesses:
Unit will get warm when doing really big power efforts

    Favorite Ride:

    Bike Setup:
Easy other than the point of ensuring the flywheel is tight against the back tire.

    Summary:
I had an opportunity to test out the Fluid 2 trainers courtesy of the local bike shop during their spin classes. I went with the 1 up trainer because it was better designed when matched up against some of the Fluid trainers. So far I haven't been disappointed in the decision to go with the 1 up trainer. That said there is always room for improvement.

    Strengths:
Very well constructed trainer. Simple setup and storage. Bike is very stable in trainer and provides an excellent workout, like the very large flywheel.

    Weaknesses:
One thing which I liked with some of the Fluid trainers was the way the flywheel clamped to the back tire and is very easy, with the 1up you've got to do this by hand and you need to be extra careful and ensure that it is tight otherwise it will slip against the flywheel once you start cranking hard. Other (minor) issue is that I got two sheets of paper for instructions, you can tell the print/copier was running low on ink as some of the print was faint, would of expected a nice instruction book in color for $300. Would also be nice to see 1up provide some carry case/storage as some of the other companies do.

It is a great trainer no complaints from me. It is quiet and works great. Setting it up is a snap. I have been using it for a couple months and it works as good as the day I got it.

    Strengths:
Very quiet and easy to set up.

    Weaknesses:
none that I know of so far.

    Favorite Ride:

    Bike Setup:
    Cannondale

    Summary:
The trainer is decent, when it is working, which isn't for very long. I am now waiting for a second replacement unit in a year. I love the ease of set-up and how quickly you can put it away and get it out, but after a few months of use the units no longer work like they should. Customer service is great, but for 300 dollars you'd expect this to last longer before each replacement.

    Strengths:
    Customer service, ease of set-up.

    Weaknesses:
    Durability.
    Leveling doesn't work that great.

Minoura RDA trainer (liked it until the belt broke and couldn't be replaced). Should have got another of those.
