This lightweight climbing machine helped Molema finish seventh overall at a wildly exciting 2017 Giro d’Italia.

Rumors are flying that Trek is about to release a newly updated version of its popular Emonda lightweight race bike. Expect to hear more on that soon. But in the meantime, here’s a look at this climbing machine as it was ridden by perennial GC contender Bauke Molema at the recently completed Giro d’Italia. Molema (Trek-Segafredo) ended up a solid seventh overall, 3:41 behind pink jersey winner Tom Dumoulin (Team Sunweb). You can learn all about Dumoulin’s Giant TCR Advanced SL here.
