What happens to a bike frame when it’s damaged and the customer opts for a new replacement frame? Check out this video from Art’s Cyclery, where in order to get credit for the old frame, the damaged one must be destroyed. Evidence of this destruction is then forwarded to the manufacturer. This is definitely definitive proof of destruction.
