Drone footage can be absolutely breathtaking. It can also cause one hell of an accident as the video below displays. At a recent amateur criterium in Rancho Cordova, California, a drone pilot crashed his drone into a tree while trying to capture race footage. The device then dropped to the ground and shattered, with a piece appearing to bounce up and lodge itself in the wheel of a rider. That caused his wheel to lock up, resulting in a brutal tumble.
