Fulcrum North America Opens Warranty and Service Center to Sarasota, Florida

Sarasota FL – Some months ago Fulcrum North America has now opened up its headquarters in Sarasota FL. Fulcrum NA will be taking care of small parts and servicing to all dealers, distributors and O.E Customers nationwide. The opening of the new facility confirms the growth of Fulcrum in North America and its commitment to not only growing and expanding the brand but also supporting its dealers and distributors with all their needs.

Right from the start, Fulcrum road wheels earned the trust of great champions, and in the first four years they were first to cross the finish line for four consecutive wins at the world championship: with Tom Boonen in 2005 and with Paolo Bettini in 2006 and 2007, followed by the 2008 victory of Alessandro Ballan. But Fulcrum triumphs are not limited to road races. In 2006 and 2007 Julien Absalon was the world XC champion and in 2008 at the Beijing Olympics he took the gold medal!!

The new headquarters will store mainly small parts in which dealers and distributors can order from, saving them time and money on shipping while also keeping the end user happy with a timely turn around. Previously orders would have to be placed on Fulcrums B2B site and parts would be shipped from Italy.

Today, Ty Daugherty, General Manger of Fulcrum North America, welcomes on board Darren Dowling who is now the Technical Services Manager. Darren will be taking care of all technical questions from dealers and distributors along with taking care of all servicing including O.E customers.

Hello, I am in need of a shim or spacer for my fulcrum rear wheel. I took to a local bike shop Blue Sky bicycles in Eastlake Ohio. When he change the bearings he lost a shim or spacer so the rear cassette is all loose. He claims he has emailed the company and they sent him a picture of what he needs to fix but now can not get a response back in over a week. I would appreciate any help so I can get back to riding.
