Golden Viking Sports Rolls Out Diadora Cycling Line

News

Kent, WA — Golden Viking Sports, a division of INA International and the licensee of the Diadora brand in North America, is ready to introduce its Spring 2013 Diadora cycling collection to the USA market. The extensive line, which includes bicycles, apparel and accessories for beginning, intermediate and advanced riders, will be on exhibit at the Interbike trade show in Las Vegas that takes place from September 19-21.

Diadora has long been a distinguished cycling brand in Europe, and now riders on these shores will
have their first opportunity to share in a rich heritage of performance and style with 25 bike models
across the road, mountain, urban, sport/comfort, and kids’ categories. Also featured in the line are
cycling shorts and jerseys for men and women, as well as a broad assortment of accessories including
helmets, gloves, bike computers, bags and panniers, pumps, bottles and cages, bells, and compact
tools. Suggested retail prices for bikes range from $200 to $300 for kids’ offerings and from $350 to
$6,000 for adult models. The apparel is retail priced from $60 to $100, and helmets and accessories
from $20 to $100.

Retail distribution of the Diadora cycling collection includes independent bicycle specialty dealers,
general sporting goods retailers, and outdoor specialty stores with established bike programs and
services. The Spring 2013 line is slated for February 1 delivery.

“Given the rich history of Diadora cycling footwear, we are excited to present an extensive brand
extension of products that are designed for our specific distribution channels,” says Bill Nuttall, Vice
President of Golden Viking Sports.

To add to the excitement of Diadora’s presence at Interbike, retail attendees are invited to see the
new cycling line at booth #35059 and while there, enter to win a Diadora Firenze Pro carbon-fibre
bike retail priced at $6,000. The drawing will be conducted at the conclusion of the show on Friday,
September 21, and the winner will be notified by phone or email.
