Mission Workshop showed us two new apparel pieces at Interbike this year. First is the Trigger jacket, a cycling specific soft shell jacket with a low cut on the rear and high cut up front. The Trigger is made of Shoeller WB-400 fabric featuring 4-way stretch, breathability, and is water repellant. Details like the reflective hits around the neck and bottom of the jacket (front and rear) help visibility at night. The Trigger ships mid October for a MSRP of $285.
The other piece from Mission Workshop is the Torre, a full zip hoodie made of 14.9 micron merino wool. The Torre features a matte zipper, made of plastic, to keep the weight on the piece down. The hoodie has a substantial medium weight to it, but still maintains breathability. Sticking with the cycling theme, the cuffs feature a thumb hole loop to keep the forehand warm while in the riding position. Like the Trigger, the cut on the Torre features a longer rear cut and higher front cut. A single jersey pocket in the rear rounds out the features on the Torre. The Torre will retail for $235 when it’s released mid October.
