At Eurobike 2017, Maxxis rolled out the Rouler TR and Maxxis Re-Fuze TR 700c tires.

Maxxis Rouler TR

At 360 grams for the 700x28C version, this new tubeless ready supple and race-ready tire will make you enjoy the speed and comfort of leaving out the inner tube. The tire has a SilkShield bead-to-bead breaker to prevent punctures and offers a dual compound tread pattern for better performance while cornering.

If you search out rougher ( or even unpaved) roads, there are 27.5×2.00 (610g), 700x32C (390g) and even 700x40C (520g) versions, which offer even more puncture protection through the MaxxShield construction, which adds an extra K2 (Kevlar Composite) layer under the dual compound thread.

Rambler

Combining the volume needed for comfort and the dual compound thread pattern for speed and control, the Rambler is Maxxis‘ first dedicated gravel tire. It’s tubeless ready and next to the 700x40C version, the new sizes are 27.5×1.50 (EXO protection) and 700x38C (with EXO or SilkShield protection).
