Quick-Step Cycling Team and Vermarc – technical clothing for cycling – will continue their partnership for the next two seasons (2012-2013).

The deal between Team Manager Patrick Lefevere and Marc Verbeeck, owner of Vermarc, was reached during theses last few days and both parties are fully satisfied. “The partnership with Vermarc has lasted for many years now” explained Patrick Lefevere. “We’re tied to the company and to the Verbeeck family by a strong professional relationship and reciprocal esteem. Throughout the years Vermarc has proven to be a competent partner who can respond to the needs of the team as well as the market changes that have taken place in these last years. The quality of Vermarc technical clothing, both from a design standpoint and in the choice of materials, is also much appreciated by our athletes, who contribute their suggestions to the technological developments of the very same clothing they then wear during races. Vermarc is the ideal partner, even in terms of business, for our team in the near future.”

“We’re pleased to still be associated with the team and with Patrick Lefevere for the near future,” says Vermarc owner Marc Verbeeck. “Thanks also to the splendid results the team has garnered in the recent past, the visibility of our brand has grown a lot. In 2012 the team and our company will start a new chapter which we’ll take on with the same determination we’ve always had, striving to provide athletes with the best in terms of materials and collaboration as we continue pursuing new and prestigious goals.”
