SDCBS – Lyonsport Custom Frames

Feature Articles San Diego Custom Bicycle Show

Jeff Lyon of Lyonsport Custom Frames shows us two models of frames, one from his Lavecaise collection and one from the Lyon line. The Lavecaise frame is a frame that Jeff offers, that is just as good as his original Lyon line, but is available quicker because of the different finishing options available. For the customer looking for unlimited options on their frame, and is willing to wait a little bit longer, the Lyon line of frames might be the ticket.

Hi! I’m in San Jose, an old friend of Dale Sasso’s. He sold me a used Rand Trailer, made by Lyons, about 7 years ago. Its been wonderful to use, have put many miles on it, but now my girl is too big to use it and am looking to sell. Did you make it do you think? He said he helped build it in the shop he used to have. Do you have any idea who may want it or how I could get it into the hands of some one who would appreciate the craftsmanship? I’m asking $40, just what I paid for it, and its in just as good condition. Perhaps after 7 years it need a new tire… picture available.

Hi! Just wondering if you’re still selling the Rand Trailer mentioned in your post?

    Many thanks….Nick
