To celebrate the milestone, Jay Bird Films has produced and released a short film titled “Tom Ritchey’s 40-Year Ride”. The moving short film, beautifully captures the journey of Tom Ritchey from his early days of frame building with his father to the influential cycling industry figure he is today.

“Tom Ritchey is an amazing storyteller, and after nearly half a century as a major player in the cycling world, he has an incredible story to tell.” said Sean Coffey, Global Marketing Director for Ritchey Design. “This video—produced by Tom’s son Jay—just begins to capture what Tom has seen and accomplished.”

Also this year, the United States Bicycling Hall of Fame inducted Tom Ritchey into the hall of fame.
