An important message and well delivered, except the music is too loud.

Nothing will save you from a driver who is messing with their cell phone. I was hit in a bike lane by a driver who first hit a curb then hit me in the rear. Fortunately, I went over the hood and not under the car. Still she cracked 3 vertebra. Distracted drivers should be treated like drunk drivers. Heavy fines and jail time for injury to others.

I work in an ER and I see more cyclists vs car accidents more than I’d like to. These accidents happen in places that I also ride. As I talk to the injured cyclists I usually find out that they were not being smart. If you ride on the road, you need to follow the rules of the road, or motorists will hit you before they ever see you. Don’t ride at night without being INCREDIBLY visible. And don’t assume cars are going to yield to you.

agreed, please turn down the piano, its embarrassing.
