With winter just around the corner, the time of year when many of us will be riding wet roads is near. So how do you slow down on a wet road without ending up on your backside — or worse?
Basic keys include leaving yourself more room to slow down than normal; being gentle with braking so you don’t lock up your wheels; and checking pad wear because sticky cables can reduce braking control.
