Probably the smoothest ride I have ever had. The light weight steel is very forgiving. The climbing ring sure comes in handy in the Texas Hill Country.

Strength:

This bike rides like the best of the classic steel road bikes of the 1970's, but is lighter and more versitile. It is basically an all around road bike with fender and rack capability.

Weakness:

By todays's standards, it would be nice if someone made a standard reach (now considered long reach) carbon fork with eyelets and clearance for fenders and 28mm tires. But all this would really accomplish is to drop the weight, as the steel fork it comes with rides perfectly.

The Club Racer is the best all-around bike I have ever owned, and over the last 35 years I have owned a lot of bikes!
