Strength:

Don't pick up metal, don't get hard, don't squeal etc.

Weakness:

None.

I use these pads on my new wheels which have Mavic Open Pro CD rims.
These pads don't remove the anodization from the braking surface rather
the pads wear down and are easily and cheaply replaced. The Dura 2
with more pad material last even longer...
