Oftentimes winter riding is tough, but it's necessary for springtime fitness. In the off-season you have to be prepared to face the elements, and you'll find a good pair of gloves to be essential. The De Marchi Contour Plus Gloves are designed to keep your hands comfortable in 40 - 50-degree F (5 - 10-degreesC) temperatures. De Marchi employs their Thermoshield fabric to provide a windproof, water resistant barrier for your hands. We've found this level of shielding to be the only way to keep fingers from getting cold and numb, or worse painful. And comfortable hands make for a comfortable rider. Thermashield is made of a stretchy mesh exterior, the membrane, and a hydrophobic fleecy interior. The brushed liner is soft and cozy, but it also acts to wick sweat away from your skin. The laminated membrane allows vapor to pass through, but works to keep rain and road spray out.The De Marchi Contour Plus Gloves are Black and are available in five sizes from Small to XX-Large. They have a simple fleece lined elastic cuff that extends just far enough up the wrist to eliminate exposed skin between gloves and jacket when you're in the drops. The palms are lightly padded to add comfort on long winter rides.
