Strength:

Look sharp
Comfortable
Easy to adjust cleat position
Warm in winter

Weakness:

Loose fitting across top of foot
No toe spikes
Don't breath well (bad in summer, good in winter)
Soles offer very little arch support

I bought these to use for cyclocross because my old Exustar shoes are worn out.
The shoes fit true to size in length, but are a little loose around the toe and over the top of the foot. The straps can be adjusted, but I have to tighten them almost all the way. I also had a problem with the 'studs' (or whatever you call them) in the bottom of one of the shoes striping, but I may have overtightened that particular bolt. There is also very little arch support so if you have high or semi-high arches you'll want to get some different sole inserts to fit your foot appropriately.
I have been using them a good bit while mountain biking and doing some 'cross training and they feel really comfortable now.
