Strength:

Strong! Can take anything!
And with proper upgrade, it is fast!

Weakness:

Stock crank 48-38 was to narrow ranged for me. Especially when climbing really long steep hills.

Bought this bike 2008 april used for half of its price and it's a tank!
This bike is a strong bike that can take any beating!!
It is true, you don't feel as much plush feel compared to a full carbon bike but this baby is reasonably light and again, STRONG!
I use it everyday to commute 30km through non paved hills and for the past 4months, it had zero problems. Even when down hilling with over 60km/h on gravel like trail!!

Strength:

Much lighter than the Jamis Nova, solid Mavic rims on Ritchey wheels, 10sp 105 throughout (exc brakes), Carbon fork.

Weakness:

Not as plush a ride as steel, OS bar would be nicer.

The bike is reasonably light and well spec'd for the price. Everything just works well- shifting is crisp, brakes are solid
