Jamis Comet Triathlon Bike

DESCRIPTION

Same aggressively aero frame as the Trilogy, with a tightly contoured rear wheel cutout in the aero seat tube, sleek airfoil tubing and a Syntace control center. Shimano’s 105 derailleurs and an Alex wheelset trim some financial drag from the budget without exacting much of a speed penalty. If you’re a budding triathlete, or simply want a more serious time trial bike than your everyday road rig,the Comet will step you up a level or two in performance.

Strength:

Shimano 105 package, bar-end shifters

Weakness:

Saddle

Great starter bike. I bought this bike as a close-out 2006. The bar-end shifters were a surprise for the price. LBS built the bike with Shimano 105 all over. They Rock. Saddle was okay, but I replaced it with a Fizik.
