Strength:

- Relaxation rate
- Huge memory meaning you can download data when you get a chance
- Brilliant software

Weakness:

- EXPENSIVE!
- All the s-series units are quite chunky on the wrist
- If you use the chest strap swimming, your first tumble turn will push the strap down to your waist

Excellent unit. Much easier to use than the prior generation, really like the flexibility of what information appears on the screen. R-R readings haven't really been super useful, but the relaxation rate is an excellent feature, and was a deciding point for getting it. If you're spinning up a hill at 180bpm, the relaxation rate will give you some clue as to how much 'juice' you've got to attack again. Has way more timers than I ever used, and in hindsight would be really useful for setting up structured stationary trainer workouts.
