Cane Creek eeBrake El Diablo limited edition color

Cane Creek Cycling Components has announced the eeBrake El Diablo, a new limited edition of their well-regarded road brake in a red, black and silver colorway.

The eeBrakes are billed as an ultra-light, high performance, rim brake developed by acclaimed component designer Craig Edwards. They are assembled in Cane Creek’s facility just outside of Asheville, North Carolina.

The El Diablo Edition marks the third limited edition of the brake that Cane Creek has released since taking over marketing, manufacturing and distribution of eeBrakes in fall 2016. The two previous editions, called El Dorado and El Chulo, were available for two weeks each and sold over 1000 brakes, according to the company.

“The El Dorado and El Chulo editions were massively popular and riders have been giving us constant feedback that they want to see more,” said Sam Anderson, Product Manager for Cane Creek. “The fact that these are really limited – in addition to being the same kick-ass brakes – makes them really special to us and our customers.”

The eeBrake El Diablo Edition is available in regular mount only and all orders must be placed by February 28, with expected delivery in April 2018. Price is $325 per brake.
