LAZER AEROSHELL, not just for professionals!

You may have seen photos of a recent winner of the Professional Men’s World Championship Road Race winning the final sprint finish with a special helmet cover. It was a transparent shell that fit over the vents of the helmet. The thought is that by covering the vents of the helmet the overall aerodynamics of the helmet is increased.

The winner of the race was the only rider to use this technology in the World Championship Road Race, but if you have a Lazer helmet you can use this same technology yourself today!

It’s called the Aeroshell, a patented custom cover only available for production helmets from Lazer Sport. Model and size specific the Aeroshell is available for Lazer Helium, Genesis, Sphere and O2 road helmets as well as the Tardiz aero helmet. It easily snaps into place and covers all the front helmet vents. Aeroshell increases the overall aerodynamics of the helmet but also can be used in inclement weather conditions to block wind and rain from the interior of the helmet.

The back vents of the helmet are left open however so there is still some airflow over the riders head to provide a cooling benefit when the Aeroshell is in place. When conditions change and Aeroshell is no longer required it snaps off just as easily as it was installed and is ready for use again when conditions require. No other helmet brand offers you this kind of stock helmet customization!

Aeroshell, proven technology. A helmet upgrade only available from Lazer Sport.
