Lynskey launches new Trade-In Program

Lynskey Performance Designs introduces unique factory-backed trade-in program.

Lynksey Trade-in Program

Lynskey Performance Designs has recently launched a new factory-backed trade-in program that uses Bicycle Blue Back as a baseline for determining retail and wholesale value of a used bike or frame. Lynskey will allow interested buyers to apply that value to the purchase of any new Lynskey bike or frame.

If you aren’t familiar with Bicycle Blue Book, they are an independent organization that maintains a database of used bicycle values based upon historical sales trends at locations such as ebay etc. Lynskey will consider trade-ins on bicycles and frames of any type from any manufacturer. If needed, customers can trade in multiple bikes or frames.

Mark Lynskey of Lynskey Performance Designs says, “We feel like we’re solving a really big problem for customers. I can’t tell you how many people we talk to who want to upgrade, but need to sell their old bike first, or they have a garage full of old bikes and need to clear them out before they get a new one. Our bicycle trade-in and financing programs are giving cycling enthusiasts the opportunity to upgrade to a better bicycle with better componentry which will only enhance their riding experience.”

Lynskey hopes that not having to deal with the headaches of eBay, Craigslist or a consignment website will create a truly hassle-free way for consumers to get rid of their old bikes (while encouraging more sales, of course). To make things even easier, Lynskey has customer service people available to help customers throughout the entire trade-in process.
