I have a stock 09' Specialized Roubaix Expert that currently has a compact Ultegra chainring. I would like to install a carbon crankset(S-works), but I'm not sure what specs I need to look for. It currently has a Hollowtech II BB installed. Thanks for the help.

Your Roubaix has a standard (68mm, english threaded) BB. Assuming you're looking at Specialized current offerings, all cranksets require an OSBB (BB30).

Thanks. So it's not possible to use an S-works crank with my bike then? Any recommendations for a carbon crank?

That's correct.

Since I'm not a CF crankset aficionado, I'll leave it to another member to make recommendations.
