Is it possible to use a threadless stem on a 1" threaded steerer? Also, any conversions/mods possible to make a steerer tub longer to fit in a longer head tube?

I got an extra conversion stem. It is like a quill stem except instead of bending it is straight and just goes from a 22.2 to a standard threadless circumference so you can attach a new style stem.

With shipping you can get them for about $15.... wanna swap anything??
