Yes. No problem. The inner width is the same so the chainrings and cogs don't know the difference. It will run quieter and shift as well if not better.

Sure...but the 10s chains are cheaper. $25USD versus $40USD+ if buying from the UK.

Think in the USA CHorus 11s chains are hitting $50-60USD each these days.

I have both 10 & 11 speed. I've found the 11 speed Campy Chorus chains to last twice as long as the 10 speed Whipperman chains. I'll try the 11 speed chain on the 10 speed drive train.
